ForeverWell Programs
This is a fun workout tailored to your intensity level with a Time based Interval Class producing opportunities to renew your strength and challenge yourself using a variety of equipment and your own body weight.
Move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength with a range of movement and activity for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, resistance bands and ball are used in low impact chair exercises with the flexibility for a stronger standing workout.
Social Gatherings
Coffee Club every Thursday morning 9:00am in the Gathering Place for coffee and conversation with interesting and informative topics connecting the mind, body and spirit
Monthly Lunch and Learns that include informative guest speakers with a potluck luncheon. Great atmosphere and time for socialization as well.
