Forever Adventurers is a welcoming group designed for those who enjoy the outdoors, good company, and an active lifestyle. As part of our Y programming, we meet once each month to explore local hiking trails, connect with fellow members, and enjoy the many physical and mental health benefits of spending time in nature.
Whether you're an experienced hiker or simply looking for a fun way to stay active, Forever Adventurers offers a supportive environment where members can enjoy scenic walks, discover new trails, and build lasting friendships. Each hike is paced to encourage participation, conversation, and enjoyment of the journey.

Forever Learning: Evidence-Based Brain Health
Join us Wednesday, September 2 2026, at 12 PM for an engaging presentation with Becky focused on evidence-based strategies to support lifelong brain health. Participants will learn the 6 pillars of brain health, everyday actions that can help maintain cognitive wellness, improve memory, and support overall brain function as they age. This informative session will provide research-backed steps that can be easily incorporated to improve brain health.
Potluck Theme: Share Your Favorite!
Bring a favorite hot dish, side dish, or dessert and share the special memory or story behind it. Enjoy good food, meaningful conversation, and an opportunity to connect with others while learning ways to keep your brain healthy and active.
