Not So Scary Trail
Join the YMCA of the Northwoods for our 21st Annual Not-So-Scary Halloween Trail on Saturday, October 17, from 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM!
This beloved community tradition offers a fun-filled afternoon for families with costumes, treats, games, and Halloween-themed activities in a safe and family-friendly environment. Children are encouraged to come dressed in their favorite costumes as they travel the trail, collecting treats and enjoying creative stops hosted by local businesses, organizations, and community groups.
New This Year!
Be sure to visit the Pumpkin Patch hosted by Habitat for Humanity. Families will have the opportunity to purchase pumpkins, with proceeds shared between Habitat for Humanity and the YMCA of the Northwoods, helping support both organizations' missions in our community.
We're also proud to partner with the Rhinelander Area Food Pantry by collecting non-perishable food donations during the event. Attendees are encouraged to bring a donation to help support local families in need.

Interested in Hosting a Trail Site?
We're still looking for businesses, organizations, and community groups to host a trail station. It's a fun, free opportunity to connect with local families while supporting one of the Northwoods' favorite fall traditions. Contact the YMCA of the Northwoods for more information and to reserve your spot.
Bring your family, wear your favorite costume, and join us for an afternoon of Halloween fun, community spirit, and memorable fall festivities. We can't wait to see you on the trail! 🎃👻🍂
